Idle should be calm, mostly still and loop cleanly. Listening can use direct eye contact, a slight head tilt and occasional nods while keeping the mouth closed. Thinking can use a brief reflective glance or focused expression without implying confusion. Speaking should show continuous natural speech motion that can repeat while the answer is read. Gesture should contain one short welcome or reaction and return near the idle pose. Keep clothing, lighting, camera, background and identity consistent across all states. Specific visible directions are more useful than general words such as nice or professional.
