Use FaceVI lawfully and honestly
You may not use FaceVI to violate law, another person’s rights, provider rules or these policies. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, recordings, distribution and actions based on AI output.
Prohibited identity and custom-character uses
- Unauthorized impersonation or creation of a real person’s likeness without required permission.
- Fraud, phishing, false endorsements, identity theft or deceptive claims that AI content is an authentic person.
- Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, harassment or abuse.
- Political manipulation, voter deception or misleading public communications using an unauthorized identity.
- Use of copyrighted, trademarked or private material without lawful authorization.
System abuse
- Attempting to access another user’s private character, account, folder or conversation.
- Extracting system prompts, API keys, credentials or protected configuration.
- Bypassing credits, subscriptions, rate limits, payment controls or security checks.
- Uploading malicious files, scanning infrastructure, denial-of-service activity or automated scraping that burdens the service.
Harmful and illegal content
Do not use FaceVI to facilitate violence, exploitation, illegal goods or services, malware, unauthorized surveillance, targeted harassment or other unlawful harm. FaceVI may block requests, suspend accounts, preserve evidence and report matters when legally required.
Recording responsibilities
Obtain consent and comply with applicable recording and privacy laws before recording another person. Do not use local recording to evade a workplace, contractual or legal prohibition.
Enforcement
FaceVI may warn, restrict, suspend, remove content, cancel production or terminate access depending on severity, history, legal obligations and security risk. Appeals or explanations can be submitted through Support.
