Each paid request receives a folder under videos/custom using the user ID, username and order number. The folder must contain idle.mp4, listening.mp4, thinking.mp4, speaking.mp4 and gesture.mp4. Administrators can upload smaller files through the order page or place larger files directly with Hostinger File Manager. The approval action verifies that all five filenames exist. Do not place PHP, scripts or configuration files in media folders. Keep the reference image in the parallel uploads/custom folder.
