When an order is approved, the character appears in My Custom Character and in the signed-in character directory. Open it to use the same FaceVI conversation flow as system characters. The five custom MP4 files switch between idle, listening, thinking, speaking and gesture. The approved personality and voice direction shape responses. Conversations and usage remain linked to the owner account. Other users cannot open the private character. If a video is missing or incorrect, contact support with the order number.
