Awaiting payment means the design brief exists but Stripe has not confirmed the custom subscription. Pending means payment is confirmed and the order is waiting for administrator review. In production means the media or prompt is actively being prepared. Needs information means the administrator requires clarification or a replacement reference. Ready means all five video files were verified, the private character was created and the customer can open it. Rejected or canceled orders are not published. Every important status change is recorded in the order event history and may trigger an email.
