The public header provides direct access to the character directory, private custom-character service, process explanation, pricing, blog, help center and support. Signed-in users can open Dashboard. The dashboard sidebar includes My Custom Character, billing, usage, conversations, recordings and settings. Administrators have separate links for custom orders, articles, payments, users, characters, support, settings and logs. On mobile, the same links appear in a touch-friendly menu.
