The custom plan uses Stripe Checkout as a recurring subscription. FaceVI creates a pending transaction before redirecting to Stripe and updates the linked order from a signed webhook after payment. The transaction and subscription appear in user and admin billing history. FaceVI stores Stripe customer, subscription and payment identifiers, not full card numbers. Cancellation and refund treatment follow the published service terms and refund policy. A custom subscription is separate from one-time five-minute and ten-minute credit packs.
