The admin overview includes custom order totals, pending and production counts, approved characters and confirmed custom-plan revenue. The Custom Orders page shows each customer, order number, payment state, production state, character name, date and folder. Payment history links transactions to custom order IDs. User management continues to show balance, status and unlimited access. Use these views together when investigating a payment that succeeded but did not move to pending, or an approved order that is not visible to the customer.
